Sheghel Emeh is a pioneering Lebanese food innovation house established in
2018 with a clear purpose: to reimagine how the world experiences traditional
Lebanese cuisine. Born from a deep respect for our culinary heritage, we
merge ancestral preservation techniques with modern food innovation
and creative flavor blends to craft products that are as authentic as
they are forward-thinking.
Our expertise spans from authentic Lebanese Mouneh, jams without added sugar, oil preserves, special dips, and seasonal delicacies, to our groundbreaking line of dehydrated ready-to-cook meals. Each product is designed to be healthy, preservative-free, and sustainable, retaining the richness of Lebanon’s flavors while meeting the needs of modern lifestyles.

Our Journey
- 2018 – Founded Sheghel Emeh with a mission to reinvent traditional mouneh by introducing innovative flavors and giving Lebanese culinary heritage a modern, appealing twist.
- 2020 – Built strong community presence through farmers’ markets and rural cooperatives. Expanded our range to include oil preserves, artisanal jams, and clean-label pantry essentials, all crafted without preservatives or additives.
- 2022 – Launched MAY, our signature line of dehydrated ready-to-cook Lebanese meals, making authentic dishes faster and easier to prepare. The same year, we were recognized for our contribution to food security and sustainable innovation.
- 2023 – Introduced With Joy, a wholesome brand of crackers and snacks designed to promote better eating habits. Expanded our production facilities, increasing capacity to meet growing demand.
- 2024 – Took Sheghel Emeh online, opening the door to global customers while solidifying our mission to bring Lebanese food heritage to the world. Entered the GCC market, with a strategic focus on Kuwait. Won the Horeca Innovation Award for the first time.
- 2025 – Continued GCC expansion while strengthening our product innovation pipeline. Won the Horeca Innovation Award for the second consecutive year, cementing our position as a leader in Lebanese food innovation.
